  • There are a few Horseshoe Crab Trip applications remaining.  If you did a Science Fair Project or SeaPerch, please get an application from Mr. Vann ASAP.  The application is due on March 29th.


    FRGS Summer Governor's School Applicants...  Applications are due to Mr. Trotta by the end of the school day today.  There are no exceptions, so please have FRGS Summer Governor's School Applications in ASAP.

    All SeaPerch team members please see Ms.Quail before leaving school TODAY for an important handout regarding the competition.

    Anyone interested in trying out for  cheerleader at North Stafford High School for the 2017-18 school year, should plan to attend conditioning beginning next week at North Stafford.  Conditioning is from 3:30-5:50 in the auxiliary gym, and you will need a VHSL physical to participate, no experience necessary.  See the NSHS Varsity cheer website for more information.

    Attention all basketball players that ordered shirts and sweatshirts:  The order is in.  Please see Coach Blanchard to receive you order.


    Congratulations to the RTMS choir students who received superior ratings at their district assessment! Way to go students!


    Track tryouts will begin on today. You must have a VHSL physical in order to try out.  Please bring all of your belongings to the gym and stay in your classroom until 3pm

    RTMS will host a Special Olympics basketball tournament tomorrow! Cheer on the athletes with your friends or play games with the athletes. You can come to RTMS anytime from 9 - 3pm. Hope to see you there!

    if you have read the Virginia Readers Choice this year, make sure you check in with the library so that we have proof of your reading and can invite you to the pizza party.  You must have read at least 4 of the books by March 31st to participate.  The voting party will be on april 6TH.

    If you plan on trying out for softball next Tuesday, please see Mr. Pollock in room 215.

    Good luck to all 8th graders who are testing throughout the week! Remember, there will be no bells or ACT today.

    Congratulations to our Lady Jags on their first round victory over Drew yesterday.  Our leading scorer was Ashlee Fortier with 10 points, Kacey Chown had 8 points, Paityn Walker and Alexis Cummins each added 6 points, and McKenna Gahagan had 4 points.  Our Jags play at home today vs. Gayle in the second round.  Winners today move on to the championship game on Thursday.  Good Luck Jags!
