Mrs. Stefanie Sullivan
Mrs. Sullivan was named Principal of Mountain View High School in May of 2022. Mrs. Sullivan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education and specialized in Math and English from Ohio University and her Master’s degree from George Mason University in Educational Leadership.
Mrs. Sullivan began her career as a middle school math teacher at Dixon Smith Middle School in 2010. She was appointed Assistant Principal at Rodney Thompson Middle School in 2015 and then moved on to serve the Mountain View Community as an Assistant Principal in 2019.

Mrs. Julie Clements
Mrs. Clements was named Assistant Principal of Mountain View High School in February 2021. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from University of Mary Washington.
Mrs. Clements began her career as a Special Education teacher at King George High School. She taught the next twenty five years as a Special Education and Biology teacher for Spotsylvania County Public School before coming to Stafford as an Assistant Principal.
Mrs. Clements is the Assistant Principal for students with last names Roe through Z.

Mr. Eric Cooke
Eric Cooke was named Assistant Principal at Mountain View High School in July of 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Mr. Cooke began his career with Stafford County Public Schools as a Physical Education teacher and Assistant Football Coach at North Stafford High School. He was later named Head Football Coach, a position he held for four years before opening Mountain View and starting their program. He will begin his twenty-eighth year in Stafford County Public Schools.
Mr. Cooke is the Assistant Principal for students with last names F through L.

Mrs. Cessy, Mallory
Mrs. Mallory is returning to Mountain View HS as an Assistant Principal in the Fall of 2023. She began her career in Stafford County in 2005 when MVHS originally opened it’s doors and remained a Wildcat for 9 years as a teacher, coach, principal intern and assistant to the athletic director. Mrs. Mallory has also served as the AP in charge of Athletics and Activities at Stafford HS for three years and Assistant Principal for six years at Brooke Point HS. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Pre-Law from Longwood University, a Master’s in Education from Pittsburg State University, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Mr. Brian Fitzgerald
Mr. Brian M. Fitzgerald was named Assistant Principal of Mountain View High School in June of 2023. He began his teaching career in Prince William County as a Special Education teacher in 2002. Mr. Fitzgerald earned his Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and his post-Master’s degree certificate in Administration and Supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University. This summer he completed his doctoral program in Educational Leadership. He has three children, two of which have graduated from Stafford County Public Schools, and one that is beginning his high school career.

Mr. Greg Margheim
Mr. Margheim attended Virginia Tech and graduated with a Bachelor of Science. He played baseball for Virginia Tech and continued to play in the Cincinnati Reds Organization. Mr. Margheim coached baseball at Virginia Tech for three years and at George Washington University for one year. He received his Master's of Science Degree in Education from George Mason University. Mr. Margheim coached baseball and taught at Woodbridge High School for four years and served as the Activities Director for five years before opening up Freedom High School in Prince William County. He became the Assistant Principal for Athletics and Activities at Brooke Point High School in January 2005.
