Congratulations to Forge Learn & Serve students for participating in the Fredericksburg Food Bank's annual Canstruction Event. The American Flag design was one of the most popular designs. Forge donated 607 pounds of food to the Food Bank. Go Eagles!
UMW Direct Admissions February 27th
February 27th at 9:00 a.m. University of Mary Washington will be here for an on site application review event. Students must apply one week prior to this event to be given a decision on this date. Students must complete the common app one week prior to this date, have their transcript submitted and their SAT or ACT test scores submitted. If you have any questions see the Counseling office.
The Northern Virginia College Fair March 29th
High School Juniors! Get a head start on your college search at one of the largest college fairs in the Northern Virginia area!
Symphony and Tea Sponsored by CFHS Orchestra and FCCLA
Join us for an afternoon luncheon with guitar and orchestra performances March 10th. Settings for tea will be at noon and 1:30pm at the Stafford Airport.
BOYS and GIRLS STATE Educational Program
BOYS and GIRLS STATE is a unique summertime educational program for high school juniors focusing on participation and personal experience in a model state. It will focus on participation with government bodies and elected officials.
Interested juniors should pick up more information and an application from Mrs. Henderson in the Counseling Center. Applications are due on March 2nd to Mrs. Henderson. The American Legion will have interviews and make final selections of candidates.
Freshman Transition Night for Class of 2022Rising 9th-grade students and parents are welcome to attend Freshman transition night on February 21, 2018, 7:00-8:30 p.m in the auditorium. You will have a chance to learn more about classes here at Colonial Forge as well as sports, clubs and meet some staff.There will be an AP meeting in the auditorium prior so you will not be able to enter until 7:00.

Required Parent Meeting for Behind the Wheel Participation
The following meeting dates are available to provide access to all parents. If the meeting at your teen's school is not convenient or timely, you are encouraged to attend a meeting at an alternate school site. The program is approximately ninety minutes long and begins at 7:00 p.m. Since the program’s inception, the number one recommendation has been to require the student to attend; therefore, since 2006 mandatory attendance of this meeting by both the parent and the student has been a requirement.
- Students and parents must attend the meeting together.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early due to the sign-in process.
- No one will be admitted 10 minutes after the meeting begins.
Activity Bus InformationActivity Bus runs Monday - Thursday and departs from school at 5:00 PM
