Despite the increased participation in the sport of lacrosee, there remains a paucity of physiological and bio mechanical strength and conditioning data regarding the coporeal demands of the sport. The purpose of this article was to present a preseason testing battery implemented to tax the sport-specific rigors of men's lacrosse. The testing batttery presented has been employed on a Mational Collegiate Athletic Association division III Mens' lacrosse team and incoporates the assesments of speed, agility, strength, endurance, and body composition.
