Winter track

 Welcome to the Indoor Track season! The goal of our program is to build professional development for each student-athlete through the building blocks of proper form and technique taught during practices and meets. Each student-athlete is encouraged to work hard, keep their grades up, and strive to improve their performance throughout the track season. Through hard work, we will positively impact the lives of others, build upon a tradition of integrity and excellence, and uphold high academic, social, and athletic standards for each of our student-athletes. If you have any questions please reach out via email to the following coaches:

Track Announcements

  • Conditioning dates will be posted soon for running events and jumps! 

    ( If this will be your first year jumping, please make sure to join us when the  conditioning dates are available!)

    Winter Track tryouts will begin November 7th

    1st day- Sprinters, jumpers, shot put, and hurdles 

    2nd day- Mid Distance 

    3rd day - Long distance
