• Social Studies Department
    The Standard Diploma requires three courses in History. Standard Diploma students must take World History I plus Virginia and United States History, and Virginia and United States Government. The Advanced Studies Diploma requires that students complete four courses in History; the three listed above and World History II. Students may substitute Advanced Placement courses for selected courses when available.
