The Regional Program is designed to provide short-term educational opportunities to students who benefit from a non-traditional educational setting as determined by a school team. The program also provides short-term educational opportunities for students who have been long-term suspended or expelled from the City of Fredericksburg, King George and Stafford Counties. The program provides instruction in the four academic areas, as well as a variety of electives through online instruction. Transportation is provided to the program for Stafford County students from satellite stops throughout the county. The program hours are 7:45am -12:30pm and follows the Stafford County Schools calendar.
Note: While your student is attending the Regional Program, students are not allowed on any other school property except under extenuating circumstances when pre-approved by administration.
If your student has been referred to the Regional Program please call to schedule an intake appointment at 540-286-8985. At least one parent/ guardian most attend the meeting along with student. The sooner you call, the sooner your child can get back in school, so we recommend that you call right after your hearing with Ms. Lisa Boatwright.
