• National Honor Society

    The National Honor Society (NHS) the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its national beginnings in 1921. We hope that this webpage will help you find out more about the activities of the Stafford High School chapter of NHS. Please feel free to contact the officers or the advisers if you have questions or feedback on the site. 

    1. Meetings will be held on the on the third Thursday and Friday of every month. The Thursday meetings will be held after school from 2:10 to 2:35 pm, and the Friday meetings will be held during B lunch (10:45am - 11:15am) in room A209
    2. Please make sure you are a member on the remind app. If you are not, there are directions in our classroom on how to join in the PPT from the first meeting. 
    If you are interested in applying for the National Honor Society of Stafford High School, please join the google classroom for the information. This google classroom is for prospective members. Students must be a sophomore, junior or senior to apply and have a 3.8 GPA. The four pillars of the NHS are character, service, scholarship and leadership. 
    Please join the google classroom for future candidates. Please note that right now the only information on the future candidate google classroom is the outline of the schedule for application and induction.  On October 3rd, 2022, the full application and full directions will be available. 
    The code for the google classroom for future candidates is  mfbyews.
    Please join the classroom and on October 3rd you will get all the information you need to apply.
