Employers across Virginia agree that personal qualities, people skills, professional and technology skills are vital to a high quality workforce in Virginia.  The Workforce Readiness skills are evident through instructional simulations, project-based learning, work-based learning, and Career and Technical Student Organizations in the SCPS Career & Technical Education settings.
