Environmental Club

  • Earth Welcome to the Environmental Club - the club that gets things done!

We encourage anyone who has a love for the Environment and the community they live in to come out and join this club. We focus on community-based volunteer work that helps make our environment a better place to live in. The club supports local environmental organizations (like Tree Fredericksburg and the Friends of the Rappahannock) in their efforts of greening up our community and preserving the health of our local environment.

The Club participates in river clean-ups, tree plantings, wetland restorations, Riverfest and other activities.

Anyone who joins the club can do so for $5.

Meetings are held on announced days or unannounced every third Thursday.
