• Mr. Kramer works with teachers and staff to help coach them in instructional strategies centered on student learning and achievement. Many of the strategies used by Mr. Kramer surround technology integration. He can be found coaching staff during their planning, online through a variety of means, and through specialized PD delivered to groups of teachers at SMS, at the district level, and in the Northern Virginia area through his leadership with North TIER.
