Adult Education Program

  • Through a Regional agreement among the five public school divisions of Planning District 16 (City of Fredericksburg, Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford) and with support from the Virginia Department of Education through a Regional Adult Education Program grant, the Spotsylvania County Public Schools administers Adult Education program services for the Region. Students must be at a minimum of 18 years old to be considered for this program.

    Adult Education sites are found throughout the Region, including several in Stafford County. GED and ELL classes are available during the day and also during the evening.  

    The administrative office of the Rappahannock Area Regional Adult Education  is located at the Spotsylvania County Career and Technical Education Center, 6703 Smith Station Road/Spotsylvania, Virginia 22553.
