• The Project Management team is responsible for the oversight of new construction, renovations, and major infrastructure projects within the school division. Other responsibilities include preparation and execution of Bids; management of Job Order Contracts and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts; and land acquisition, easement and right-of-way oversight. The Project Managers work closely with school Administration, County Planning and Code Enforcement personnel, Architects and Engineers, Contractors and members of the community in an effort to complete projects in a timely manner, within the constraints of the budget, while delivering high quality spaces in which to educate the children of Stafford County.
