Welcome to the Department of Facilities & Maintenance (F&M).  F&M's mission is to provide superior facility planning, design and construction management in support of the schools division's students, teachers, staff and community in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

The responsibilities of the F&M Department include, but are not limited to the development of student enrollment projections, the Enrollment Accommodation Plan (EAP), the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and 3R Infrastructure Report, management of architectural & engineering professional service contracts, management of job order & Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, management of the facilities assessment program, land acquisition oversight, easement & right-of-way oversight, annual new and replacement furniture program, demographics, school boundary changes, community use of schools and oversight of facility space allocation.
