Healthy Shamrock Shake

Shamrock Shake Recipe

Several Ice Cubes

1 Cup of Vanilla Almond Milk (unsweetened)/Regular Milk

A handful of Spinach

A banana (for consistency)

Peppermint Extract (a little goes a long way)

Little bit of cocoa powder (optional.  We did not use this for ours as I forgot to bring some)


Blend in a blender until all combined.  Enjoy!!
