Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Pam Scholz
Pam Scholz has been working in libraries since 2009 and has experience in elementary, high school, and public library environments. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and her Masters of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University. The core philosophy of her library program is that reading should be fun, any reading is good reading, and one should never apologize for what they love to read. For Mrs. Scholz the best part of working in a library is spreading the joy of reading and connecting students with books that excite them.
Mrs. Scholz has lived in Connecticut, Utah, Washington, California, and Alaska, in addition to Virginia. She loves to travel to new places, kayak, hike, never gets tired of walking beaches, and is an Iditarod fanatic.
