  • Purpose:*

    The purpose of Science National Honor Society (SNHS) shall be to encourage participation in and recognition of scientific and intellectual thought. It is to advance the students’ knowledge of classical and modern science, to communicate with the scientific community, and to aid the civic community with its comprehension of science. It is to encourage students to participate in community service and, in turn, encourage a dedication to the pursuit of scientific knowledge that benefits all mankind.


    Meetings for the 2021-22 school year will be held in Room 341 and will also be available via Google Meet with code: CFHSSNHS

    Time: 3:35-4:30 pm

    Meetings are on the first Monday of the Month unless there is no school on that day, in which case meetings are on the second Monday.

    Members are expected to attend regularly scheduled meetings.

    Non members are welcome to attend meetings and lectures! 


    Membership is restricted to 11th and 12th graders (and exceptional sophomores). Please read over the SNHS constitution concerning elligibility.*

    The call for new members is in March for the following school year. Our next meeting for prospective members is on March 7, 2022.
