• SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SUPPORT & RESOURCES


    Stafford County Public Schools (SCPS) continues to be committed to the social-emotional and physical health of all students.  Any student in need of social-emotional support during these unparalleled and challenging times may email their school’s Counselor, Social Worker, Psychologist, or Nurse for virtual resources and to ask questions. The following link provides a list of the names and emails for these staff members (Staff List).  Please note: Staff members are expected to respond within 24 hours on workdays; this does not include weekends, holidays, or non-work days; therefore, these resources should not be used for emergency situations.  In the case of an emergency situation, please reach out to a trusted family member who may be able to provide immediate help.

  • COMMUNITY & ONLINE RESOURCES

    Students, parents, caregivers, and families may be in need of various resources to meet their specific needs.  The mental health professionals for Stafford County Public Schools have compiled a list of resources and agencies to support students and families; the following link provides a list of agencies & resources and their websites (Resource List).  The list will be updated periodically with additional resources. However, if a specific resource is needed or if there is a resource that needs to be added, please let your school's mental health team know. Please visit the school website(s) for your family for more information about the MHT members available to support your needs.
