Sport and Fitness Class: A Great Opportunity
In this class I want to help you reach your health related goals by giving you the tools and knowledge necessary to do so. The majority of this class will be spent in the gym participating in workouts that focus on improving the components of fitness, as well as demonstrating an understanding of proper movement mechanics, and muscles of the body. This class will also spend time learning about factors that directly relate to your health, including information related to nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindset, and relationships.
