Volunteer with Stafford Schools

  • We appreciate your interest in volunteering with Stafford County Public Schools. Our school division offers a variety of activities to choose from when volunteering your time. Simply complete the volunteer application and you will receive instructions on next steps.

It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification including your full legal name. Stafford Schools requires all volunteers who come into schools to provide photo identification, and in some cases complete a background check because student and staff safety is of the utmost importance. All information collected on the application remains confidential and will not be shared outside of Stafford Schools except as required by law.

*Please note: Parents and guardians seeking to attend a field trip should contact their student's teacher or building administrator for guidance on how to become a chaperone. The volunteer application should not be completed for field trips.
