Greetings Stafford Elementary staff, families, students, and faculty!
My name is Kimberly Hardman and I am a proud Stafford Elementary Dolphin! I initially joined Stafford County Public Schools in 2013 as a School Social Worker. However, prior to coming onboard at SES, I worked as a Title I School Social Worker at Hartwood Elementary. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Justice Studies from James Madison University as well as a Master of Social Work degree from George Mason University. I completed my Endorsement in Administration and Supervision from the University of Mary Washington after I found my passion working with Title I and Special Education students.
I grew up in Prince William County but my family is originally from Costa Rica and I am bilingual in both English and Spanish. My husband and I live in Spotsylvania and are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter as well as a very mischievous black lab.
I love working in the schools, and I have garnered such an appreciation for what it means to educate our youth and build lasting partnerships with families. I look forward to a truly exciting future at Stafford Elementary School where I can help champion our mission to empower innovative, compassionate, life-long learners. I firmly believe all students can learn and challenge them to exceed their own expectations. I invite anyone to stop by my door and please let me know if there is anything I can do to help your child succeed.
