Hello!

Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, I became a Virginia transplant in 2002.  This marks my thirteenth year of teaching, and the fifth consecutive year that I have focused on primarily teaching Math and Science to two different groups of kids.  I love, love, love teaching Math and Science, and I love that I am able to meet and work with so many more students during the year by working with two classrooms of kids.  When I'm not working, I love spending time with my two kids as well as my husband and our Doberman Pinscher, Gracie.  I also love gardening, camping, and running outdoors.
