School Leadership

At Stafford County Public Schools, we are committed to working together to support every student. The Department of School Leadership helps guide and support our schools, ensuring each one is a safe, inclusive, and successful place to learn. We partner with principals, teachers, and families to make sure students receive the best possible education.

If you have a question or concern, the best place to start is with your child’s teacher or school counselor. They work with your student every day and can often provide quick answers or support. If you need further help, your school’s principal or assistant principal is there to assist.

When additional support is needed, our Executive Directors for elementary, middle, or high school are here to help. From there, concerns may be brought to the Chief of Staff, the Superintendent, or the School Board. No matter where you are in the process, we are here to listen, support, and find solutions—together.
