Advisory Committees

Advisory committees are composed of Stafford residents who have volunteered their time, talents, and knowledge to help strengthen the Stafford Schools community. Members are appointed by the School Board to serve two-year terms of service. The committees typically meet one evening per month (however, all committees take a hiatus during the month of July). Each committee makes an annual report to the School Board with recommendations for consideration and action.

Advisory Committee Application FOR ADULTS

STUDENT MEMBERS:  The advisory committees greatly benefit from the viewpoints and input of students. The goal is for each committee to have two or three student members. Students are selected by Dr. Marcie Rice, the chief executive officer for high schools. High school juniors and seniors who are interested in serving on a committee are encouraged to apply using the form linked below.
