Capital Improvement Plan
Purpose
To advise the school board concerning community perspectives about Stafford Schools' planned capital improvement investments addressing student accommodations; facility renovation and major maintenance; land acquisition, disposition, and/or development; capital equipment; and new construction.
In 2026, the committee will:
- review the large capital project list as proposed, and make recommendations on priorities and timing of projects; and
- provide continued advocacy for meeting the school division's 3R needs.
