Unlock Your Potential: A School-to-Work Experience for Rising Juniors & Seniors with IEPs!

Start on Success (SOS) is a structured school-to-work program designed for rising juniors and seniors with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) who are pursuing a Standard or Advanced Diploma. The program spans one school year and provides students with both classroom instruction and a paid internship to help them successfully transition into the workforce.

First Semester: Students complete the Education for Employment course.
Second Semester: Students participate in a paid internship with local businesses and government agencies.

SOS is located at the Stafford Government Center and operates in partnership with:
