Chalk the Walk

Stafford County Public Schools extends a heartfelt thank you to our entire community for making the 2024 "Chalk the Walk" event such a colorful and uplifting success!

From August 9–11, 2024, families, staff, students, and community members came together to fill school sidewalks across Stafford with inspiring artwork and encouraging messages. Your creativity, kindness, and community spirit helped set a positive tone for the start of the 2024-2025 school year.

A Celebration of Community and Creativity

We were thrilled to see chalk art at every school—ranging from cheerful “Welcome Back” messages to beautiful drawings that made students and staff smile as they walked into their buildings on the first day of school. This event truly reflected the heart of Stafford: collaboration, care, and community.
