Due to the current cold weather advisory and anticipated extreme temperatures on Saturday, February 7, the Polar Pals Fun Run is cancelled.The 5th Annual Community Health and Wellness Fair will still take place Saturday, February 7 at Colonial Forge High School, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Prioritizing Mental WellnessJoin us for the 2026 Stafford Health & Wellness Fair, a dynamic, community-wide collaboration focused on nurturing the complete well-being of every resident. This year, we are placing a special emphasis on Mental Health, ensuring access to crucial resources, support networks, and practical tools for emotional and psychological wellness. 

Stafford County Public Schools, in partnership with Stafford County Parks and Recreation, invites all students, families, staff, and community members to engage in a day of discovery, movement, and connection. Together, we'll explore resources that support not just physical health, but the vital mental and emotional foundation needed to thrive.

• Polar Pals Fun Run: CANCELLED 
• Nutrition Services Taste Testing: Join us at our School Nutrition Services Tase Testing event, where families can sample, select, and vote for their favorite menu items! Your taste buds help decide what makes it onto the school menu. Don’t miss your chance to have a say!
• Health Screenings and Assessments: Convenient on-site screenings to help you stay proactive with your health. 
• Wellness Resources: Access to information on mental, physical, and emotional well-being from local health organizations.
• Community Connections: Network with health experts and discover services that support a healthy lifestyle.
• Family-Friendly Activities: Fun, educational activities that make health and wellness accessible for all ages.
• 3-D Art Contest: The R-Board and Stafford County Public Schools calls all student artists to participate in a community wide anti-littering and pro-recycling 3-Dimensional (3-D) art contest.

Clear Bag Practice: Our first priority at Stafford Schools is to provide a safe environment for our students and school community. As such, only clear bags will be permitted during the event. Diaper or medical bags are subject to search.

Call for Exhibitors

This year’s Fair is dedicated to strengthening support systems throughout the #StaffordCommunity, with a special focus on Mental Health and Student Wellness. Community health organizations and local businesses from Stafford County and the broader Rappahannock Region are invited to share their services, supports, and expertise. Together, we aim to promote the eight wellness areas of Stafford Schools: Occupational, Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual, Financial, and Environmental.
