Welcome to the 2023 Thompson Football page!

Tryouts for the 2023 football team are scheduled to begin August 14th.  All tryouts will happen directly after school, beginning at 4PM and lasting until 6PM.  Football is open for students in 7th and 8th grade. Prior experience is not required. All athletes must have an up-to-date VHSL physical (dated May 1, 2023 or later) on file with the school in order to participate in tryouts for any 2023-2024 RTMS sports team.

Things needed for tryouts

• Up to date VHSL Physical
• Water
• Appropriate clothing (shorts, t shirt)
• Tennis shoes (in case of rain for indoor use)
• Cleats (optional)
