    Tryouts for the 2023-2024 track team begin Monday, March 18, 2023. Students must have a valid VHSL Physical on file prior to participating. 
     
    Typical Order of Events at Meets:
    -Field Events (to include - shot put, discus, long jump, triple jump, and high jump) 
    - 1.5 run
    -100 M Hurdles
    - 100 M Dash
    - One Mile Run
    - 4x100 Relay
    - 400 Meter Lane 
    - 400 Meter Waterfall
    - 4x200 Relay
    - 800 Meter Run
    - 200 Meter dash 
    - 4x400 Relay
