- Target 1: 80% of 4th and 5th grade students will meet mastery criteria for Science CFA’s as defined by the Quarterly Success Criteria.
- Target 2: 100% of 4th grade students will show growth on a common baseline assessment from the beginning to the end of the year.
- Target 3: By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, at least 70% of all 5th-grade students will demonstrate proficiency as measured by the 5th science SOL.

Objective: Ensure all students are physically, mentally, and emotionally safe in their learning environment.

- Target 1: By the end of the first quarter, the students in last year’s cohort of chronically absent students (22%) will have missed no more than 2 days of school.
- Target 2: By the end of the second quarter, 90% of students will have missed five or fewer days of school.
- Target 3: The annual chronic absenteeism rate will be no more than 15%.

- Target 2: 100% of K-5 grade students will show growth on a common baseline assessment from the beginning to the end of the year.
- Target 3: By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, at least 75% of all K-5 students will demonstrate proficiency as measured by PALS (K-2) and Reading SOL (3-5).
