Welcome to Stafford Elementary ~ “Home of the Dolphins”

Welcome to Stafford Elementary School.  We are excited to have you be part of our amazing Dolphin Family.    

I would like to introduce myself.  I am Stefanie Sanders the proud principal of Stafford Elementary School.  I appreciate you trusting your students to us and would like to share a little about myself.  I have been in the field of education for over 20 years. I have been a classroom teacher in both first and fourth grades, an assistant principal, as well as the principal for over 14 years.  During my career in education, my goals have always been to ensure high achievement for students and staff.  I am fortunate to come from a work and home experience were a strong work ethic and high expectations were the norm. 

As principal, I work with the students and staff to constantly improve our performance and be the best school we can be. Each day we work to prepare our students to perform in the highly diverse and technical environment of the twenty-first century.  In order to achieve this objective, it is imperative that we embrace an atmosphere that empowers the talents of both the children and the teaching staff.

Home and school communication is one way of achieving the high standards of education we all have for our students.  Twice a month I send out our SES Dolphin News newsletter and post it in the Parents section of our website.  We also utilize Blackboard connect to send important information to our families.  Please make sure that you have a ParentVue account, and that the email addresses and phone numbers are up-to-date.  We wouldn't want you missing any of the information we regularly share.
