My dear Jungle Friends,
I know this is not what we expected when we came back from Spring Break. I had hoped everything would get back to normal after a week or two but of course, that didn't happen. First and foremost I want you to know how much I have loved being your teacher this year and watching you grow and learn. All of you have worked so hard and have developed into great learners, which makes me very proud. Please know that Mrs. Laing, Ms. Shivers and I are all thinking of you and love you very much. Keep working hard and remember our motto; "Effort + Attitude = SUCCESS

We love to recognize birthdays here in the Jungle. Birthdays are celebrated during our snack time starting at 1:20. I am asking parents to limit snacks to fruit, popcorn or little gift bags for the children. We are working towards eating healthy here at school and those snacks work the best.
We will eat snack every day right after our specials. Please pack your child a healthy snack and drink each day, preferably in a separate container. Also work with them on being able to open the containers your pack their food in. I highly encourage you to send in a reusable water bottle with your child each day!
