Ms. Brittany Bauccio

Ms. Brittany Bauccio was named Assistant Principal of Stafford High School in February 2023. Ms. Bauccio earned her Educational Leadership certificate through James Madison University, Master’s in Education from Marymount University, and both a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Ohio University.
Prior to joining Stafford High School, she served as a summer school principal and an administrator in the Teacher on Special Assignment role. She has supported curriculum development and taught English Language Arts grades 6-11, journalism and creative writing. Prior to working in education, Ms. Bauccio worked in public relations and communications supporting science, healthcare and consumer accounts.
Ms. Bauccio is passionate about engaging and mentoring young people. She strives to ensure all students reach their full potential and are prepared for their academic and professional pursuits after high school. Ms. Bauccio grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, but now calls Northern Virginia home. In her free time, Ms. Bauccio enjoys running, reading and spending time outdoors with her two boys and pup.

Mrs. Heather Carafiol

Mrs. Carafiol joined the Stafford High School administration team in August 2023. She has been a proud member of Stafford's Tribe since 2005, serving as an English teacher, department chair, and coach. She has been the school’s Teacher of the Year, served on its School Improvement Plan team, and its Renaissance committee for school culture. She advocates to empower all members of the school community and promotes a growth mindset: all learners, educators, and communities can improve and evolve if given proper opportunities and support along the way!
Mrs. Carafiol earned her Bachelor of Arts in English at the College of William and Mary, her Master of Education from the University of Mary Washington, and her Education Specialist degree and certification in Administration and Supervision from Liberty University. She also earned distinction as a National Board-certified teacher in 2011, and has enjoyed mentoring both teachers and students throughout her career.
When not roaming the halls of Stafford, Mrs. Carafiol enjoys family time with her husband, three daughters, and dog. She also enjoys reading, crafts, sports, and travel!

My name is Chawrdi Elliott! I am excited for a wonderful school year and can not wait to serve the students, staff, and community of Stafford High School! I am a graduate of Stafford County Public Schools and my son graduated from Stafford Schools in 2021. I taught high school mathematics for 4.5 years in Oklahoma and joined Stafford County as a mathematics teacher in 2012. I am entering my 4th year as an assistant principal here at Stafford High School.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Central Oklahoma, my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from University of Mary Washington, and am currently obtaining my Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University.

Mr. Chris Dodd
Mr. Dodd is a proud graduate of Stafford County Public Schools. He attended Grafton Village, Drew Middle School and Stafford High School. Mr. Dodd earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from High Point University majoring in Health and Physical Education. He completed his Masters Program in Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Dodd began his teaching career for Stafford County Public Schools in 1995. During his time with Stafford County, Mr. Dodd has taught at the elementary and High School levels. Mr. Dodd has also coached basketball, football and boys soccer at North Stafford and Mountain View High Schools respectively. Mr. Dodd has also served as the Assistant Athletic Director at Mountain View High school prior to being hired as the Director of Student Activities at Stafford High School. Mr. Dodd is married, and has two sons, one of which has recently graduated from Stafford High School.

Mr. Ralph has been an employee of Stafford County Public schools for the past 28 years. During the last
17 years Mr. Ralph served as an Assistant Principal at Brooke Point High school. Mr. Ralph is in his first
year as an Indian and he could not be more excited to work with the Stafford High School community!
Mr. Ralph is the father of two Stafford County graduates and he and his wife of 26 years, Erin, are also
Stafford County graduates.
