The objectives of the SCA shall be as follows:
A.    To foster leadership and responsibility in students.
B.    To enrich the educational process through the cooperative efforts of the student body, faculty, and administration.
C.    To create a vehicle through which student activities are discussed, coordinated and sponsored.
D.    To make suggestions for the betterment of the school.
E.    To promote school spirit, sportsmanship, and unity.
