Hello! My name is Tina Myers. I moved to Stafford County in January 1998 when I was offered a teaching position after completing my degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I grew up in the mountains of Western Pennsylvania! Go Steelers!!
I taught Special Education at Grafton Village Elementary School for 6 years. I decided to become a stay at home mom when my daughter was 2 years old and I opened my own daycare business. The next stop on my career path led me to being the Director of the Morning Out Program at Regester Chapel United Methodist Church where I worked with two and three year olds in a developmental setting. After 4 years of working part time, I was offered a teaching position at Barrett when my second daughter started Kindergarten. I have been a part of the Barrett White Tiger family for 11 years as a teacher. I am the Primary Support Teacher and work with Kindergarten and First grade teachers and students.
I am married to a wonderful husband and we have two daughters and a son. Our children attend schools in Stafford County at North Stafford High School, HH Poole Middle School, and Barrett Elementary. I enjoy watching my kids play sports and taking pictures of our family memories. I especially love when we get to be at the beach!
I love working in the BEST county in Virginia, especially at the BEST Elementary School in Stafford County!
