    A VHSL physical examination form is required each school year dated after May 1 of the preceding school year and is good through June 30th of the current school year. This form is required for all middle and high school students participating in sports. The form can be printed from the link below.

    This form must be completed and turned in to the school prior to trying out.

    What to bring to practice:

    • Large water bottle
    • Athletic apparel 
    • Football cleats 
    • Tennis shoes (if practice is indoors due to heat)
