to center based programs and family care homes.

Training events include audio conferences, cluster trainings, on-site trainings,
conference presentations, and director’s forums.

Other activities include marketing, networking, and providing linkages and
referrals.

Overall quality scores are based on a Likert scale where the highest possible
score is 5.
