Why a Switchboard Operator?
All phone calls are first answered by our switchboard operators.  Our operators are here to assist in getting your call connected to the correct extension and/or in touch with the proper party.  This is our school's way of customer service in allowing you to speak with a "live" person during regular hours of operation.  

(During times of high call volume and after hours, our automated system will assist in directing your call.)

Know the Nature of Your Call
When connecting to our school, always inform the switchboard operator the nature of your call.  This will allow the operator to connect your call quickly.  Keep in mind that our switchboard operators are handling a high volume of calls and assisting our walk-in guests at the same time.  Our operators will assist you in finding out who you need to be connected with for the nature of your call if you do not know.

Before You Call
To assist with our call volume, our website provides many of the answers to our callers' questions, comments, and/or concerns.

Common Extensions

To report a student absence or attendance issue, please connect to our Attendance Office, (540) 658-6150, Extension 137009.  You may also report a student's absence online.

For enrollment status, transcripts for our graduates and withdrawn students, and new student registration, please connect to our Registrar's Office, (540) 658-6150, Extension 137031.  Previous student record requests may be made online for our alumni and withdrawn students.  The previous student record request service below is for alumni, withdrawn students, corporations, employment verification, and legal requests of our high school requesting official transcripts, immunization records, and/or other records.  Current students enrolled at our high school should not use the service below and can make requests from our Counseling Center.
