Mr. William Boatwright - Principal

     William Boatwright serves as  Principal of Andrew G. Wright Middle School.  Mr. Boatwright earned both his undergraduate degree in History and his graduate degree in Counseling from Virginia Tech.  Mr. Boatwright received a certification in administration from George Mason University. Mr. Boatwright is married and has three daughters.  
 
     Mr. Boatwright is our longest-serving principal at AGW.  Transferring over from Brooke Pointe High School, he joined the staff in January 2004.

Mrs. Jasmin Guadalupe - Assistant Principal

     Mrs. Guadalupe is one of our two Assistant Principals.  She began her career at AGW in January 2004 beginning as a classroom teacher.  She is a graduate of both Florida International University and the University of New Orleans.  She holds teaching certifications in several areas of Special Education as well as elementary and middle school teaching endorsements.  Mrs. Guadalupe alsos holds her administrative certifcation as well.

     Prior to working at AGW she was employed by the Department of Defense Education Activity, which operates a network of DoD Dependent Schools (DoDDS) throughout the world.  Mrs. Guadalupe worked at a DoDEA school in Okinawa, Japan.

     Mrs. Guadalupe is also a resident of Stafford County where she lives with her husband and two children.

Mrs. Kathryn Johnson - Assistant Principal

     Mrs. Johnson is very excited to have the privilege to work with the amazing staff, students, and parents of A.G. Wright Middle School again this school year. This will be her ninth year in Stafford County.  She began her Stafford career serving at Shirley Heim MS as an educational evaluator, collaborative special educator, and Special Education Department Head. Following that, she taught in a program for students on the Autism Spectrum at Anthony Burns Elementary.  Immediately prior to joinging AGW, she worked for the Department of Student Services as an educational diagnostician.   
     Mrs. Johnson received a Bachelors in Art Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Masters in Special Education K-12 from University of Mary Washington, and an endorsement in Educational Leadership- Administration and Supervision, also from UMW. 
     She currently lives in Stafford County with her husband and two children.  Mrs Johnson's son will begin 1st Grade at Garrisonville Elementary this school year.  Outside of school, she enjoys cooking, a good book, and playing with her quirky son and spunky daughter.
