We miss you! If students have not already connected with us on Google Classroom at home, please email your child’s teacher to find out how students can log on. Here is an overview of activities we suggest for distance learning.
5th Grade Activities April 6 - 9
- Each week teachers will post activities for reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and specials in Google Classroom. This week’s activities focus on force and motion. There are three activities for students to complete and turn in through Google Classroom if your child would like feedback from their teacher. The rest of the activities your child can discuss with you or a sibling, write on paper, or add to the Additional Assignments Google Doc we included with this week’s tasks in Google Classroom. If you have questions about this, please ask your child’s teacher.
- Read a just-right book. Consider talking with your child about what they’re reading, reading aloud together, or have your child give a book talk to the family after they finish the book.
