Hello! Welcome to RTMS Cross Country!
We focus heavily on running and training for our sport. All are welcome, but just get ready to run a whole lot.
YOU DO NOT NEED A PHYSICAL, but parents need to sign an emergency contact form in order for students to participate. (Please see resources tab for Parent/Guardian Form)
Some important info to remember:
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays after school (From August - November)
Students need to get picked up at the front of the school by 6:15 at the latest (if this becomes an issue, the student may not participate in XC)
Students need to bring:
A change of clothes (when it gets colder, please have a sweatshirt ready to go)
Water (or gatorade)
Inhaler (if necessary)
