Welcome Doyle's Dreamers!!!

I'm very excited to teach 3rd grade at Margaret Brent for the 2020-2021 school year! Third grade is an exciting time where we will cooperate, collaborate, and inquire to challenge ourselves and to become lifelong learners. We'll explore our third grade objectives through hands-on activities, inquiry projects, critical thinking skills, and collaborative tasks. I look forward to helping each of my students discover learning strategies to ensure success and enjoyment in third grade. 

Change Your Words, Change Your Mindset...

We want to instill a growth mindset in all of our students. A growth mindset is where students believe that they are capable of expanding their intelligence and capabilities through hard work and perseverance! We want to praise students for their hard work and encourage them to never give up, even when faced with a challenge. There is no such thing as a "limit" to a child's potential! Even when mistakes are made, there is opportunity for growth. I am excited to help students grow and believe in their incredible abilities this year.
