Volunteer Fingerprinting

  • Fingerprint image Fingerprinting Policy

Anyone planning a field trip to include parent volunteers will need each person chaperoning students in groups by themselves will need to have been fingerprinted at our Central Office. Prior to going to Central Office each volunteer will need to pick up a Fingerprinting Form for Volunteer from the front office that needs to be signed by Mr. Boatwright. Once signed the form needs to be taken to the HR department at Central Office where they will complete the process of taking fingerprints. Typical results take 1-2 days.

Parents, who attend field trips, but only chaperone their own child do not need to be fingerprinted as long as they only supervise their own child.
