VHSL Physical Form

  • A completed VHSL Physical dated after May 1st 2022 must be turned in on or before the first day of practice in order for the student to stay for tryouts. 

    Tryouts start on Monday Aug 11th. 

    Tryouts are Thursday, Friday & Monday from 4:00 - 6:00. 

    Parents must pick up their students by 6:00. 

    Practices will be held Monday - Friday during the season. 

    The volleyball and field hockey season runs from Aug 11 - Sept. 30. 

    Football season is Aug 11 - October 26.

  • VHSL Physical Form

    A completed VHSL Physical dated after May 1st 2021 must be turned in on or before the first day of practice in order for the student to stay for tryouts.  Tryouts are Monday - Wednesday  from 3:00 - 5:00.  Parents must pick up their students by 5:00.  Practices will be help Monday - Friday during the season.  The volleyball and field hockey season runs from Aug 16 - Oct. 7.  Football season is Aug 16th - November 4th.
