• Tree Fredericksburg

SHS has been invited to once again partner with James Monroe High School to work together as volunteers on Saturday, October 30th, 9 AM-12 PM for Tree Fredericksburg at the FredNats ballpark.

This event is open to the first 50 students who sign up. Parents/guardians may sign up with students and work as a unit. Unfortunately, this event is not open to younger siblings.

All activities will conform to COVID-19 safety protocols in place at the time of the event. The goal is for volunteers to stay safe but stay connected. Service hours may be reported to respective clubs or programs.

    • Volunteers cannot wear shorts or sandals. Long pants and close-toed shoes required.
    • The event will take place regardless of rain (unless it's a thunderstorm).
    • Everyone must be present for the 9AM safety talk. If you are not present for the safety talk, you cannot plant with Tree Fredericksburg.
    • Bring water!

Stafford High School (SHS) Parents/Guardians agree to the following:
    • My student has not been in trouble with the school or community, and
    • My student can have photos and sentiments from this event published, and
    • I will be responsible for dropping off and picking up my student at the FredNats stadium, 42 Jackie Robinson Way, Fredericksburg 22401.

Completing this electronic registration form takes place of a paper permission slip. An additional liability agreement will need to be completed and brought to the stadium on the day of the event.

If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Neagle in B101.
