It is with a heavy heart that I write this update. I am so sorry that I will not have the opportunity to meet with my Focus students in person for the remainder of the school year. However, our journey is not over! I will be posting updates, enrichment activities and discussion questions on Google Classroom. This is also a great place for us all to reconnect and stay in touch! Please email me if your child has trouble logging on at antonuccicl@staffordschools.net. Please take care of yourselves and your families during this incredibly difficult time. We will all get through this together and be stronger in the end. Enjoy this gift of time to reconnect and strengthen bonds with your families.

Welcome to the Focus program at Widewater Elementary School! The Focus program in Stafford County is designed to provide services for academically gifted students. At the elementary level, students identified as needing gifted services are cluster-grouped within otherwise heterogeneously grouped classes. As your Focus Resource Teacher, I will meet regularly with the identified students and serve as a resource to teachers in meeting the academic needs of highly capable students. Please check this website regularly and read through the announcements to learn more about various learning opportunities. Additionally, the Stafford Count Focus website has more information on our county's program.

As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your son or daughter. I can be reached via email at antonuccicl@staffordschools.net or by phone at 540-658-6380.
