At Stafford Schools, we believe in the power of our community to bring in top talent. Our Employee Referral Program is designed to harness the enthusiasm and insights of our existing staff to help us recruit exceptional teachers. We encourage and reward our employees for acting as ambassadors, supporting our recruitment efforts, and helping us find the best candidates for our open positions.

Employee Referral Process

If you're a current eligible employee* and you refer a candidate who is hired for any open licensed position**, you’ll earn a referral stipend of up to $1000 for each qualified candidate.

How to Submit a Referral

  1. Complete the Employee Referral Form.

  2. Ensure that the referred candidate lists you as the referring source on their application.

*Please note: If either step is not completed, the referral stipend will not be awarded.
