Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and development for our new licensed hires, helping them build a strength-based professional identity. Through our Mentor 360 Vision, we aim to create a robust system of support where educators feel empowered and equipped to thrive in their professional journey. Year-Round, Innovative, Personalized Support Including:
- A weeklong, paid Mentor 360: Prep for Success Week orientation and networking event
- As assigned skilled mentor to support growth, reflection, and the formation of a professional identity
- Networking social events
- Monthly school-based mentoring sessions facilitated by the school Ambassador (lead mentor)
- Membership in the Foundations in Teaching (FIT) cohort meeting three times during the first year
- Subscription to our bi-weekly Full Circle Newsletter
- Additional ongoing professional learning opportunities including the Mondays @ 4 PD series and more!
