Year-Round, Innovative, Personalized Support Including:

  • A weeklong, paid Mentor 360: Prep for Success Week orientation and networking event
  • As assigned skilled mentor to support growth, reflection, and the formation of a professional identity
  • Networking social events
  • Monthly school-based mentoring sessions facilitated by the school Ambassador (lead mentor)
  • Membership in the Foundations in Teaching (FIT) cohort meeting three times during the first year
  • Subscription to our bi-weekly Full Circle Newsletter
  • Additional ongoing professional learning opportunities including the Mondays @ 4 PD series and more!
