In-school immunization Clinics for rising 7th & 12th graders for the 2026-2027 school year!
The Rappahannock Area Health Department is partnering with Stafford Schools to offer convenient, in-school vaccination clinics this spring. We will be onsite at select middle and high schools in March 2026 to provide the following required and recommended immunizations: Tdap, Meningococcal ACWY (MenACWY), and Human Papillomavirus (HPV).
This is a free and convenient way to ensure your child meets the Virginia school entry requirements for the 2026-2027 school year. Failure to be properly immunized may result in exclusion from school.
To take advantage of this convenient opportunity, please review the schedule and return the completed consent form to your child's school nurse by January 30, 2026.

Families may complete this form to indicate a religious exemption from immunizations. The form must be notarized and returned to your school nurse.
